I am currently a Software Engineer and Engineering Manager at Ambrook, a Series B startup aiming to make sustainability profitable for American agribusinesses. Ambrook's multi-dimensional accounting and bookkeeping system allows farmers and other agricultural business to track and analyze their business finances to make educated decisions about their business and build a more resilient future for their families.

I've worked across our stack at Ambrook, building developer tooling, launching features, and coordinating large-scale refactors and architectural upgrades. Some projects I've taken part in shipping (with the help of our incredible team):

• Nested income & expense tags, to allow complex accounting with ease
• Client-side integration testing framework
• Multi-factor authentication
• Report generation rebuild (~92% performance improvement)
• AI receipt parsing and matching
• AI transaction tagging
• Account registers for easy cashflow management
• React Native & Expo upgrades
• Migration to Infrastructure as Code
• Database migration from Firestore to PostgreSQL (multi-TB data size)

HubSpot

I spent much of my professional career growing with HubSpot, joining an engineering team of approximately 100 in 2016 via Northeastern University's co-op program, and grew to a Senior Software Engineer II before seeking a new opportunity. Over the course of those eight years, I:

• Developed a focused writing experience for HubSpot's CMS (Draft.js, React, Redux)
• Launched v1.0 of HubSpot's Android app (Kotlin, Anvil, RxKotlin)
• Improved the performance of HubSpot's core CRM product by more than 60% (TypeScript + React, Java + Dropwizard + GraphQL)
• Founded the Frontend SRE team, improving error and incident rates by over 50% for HubSpot end users
